What other info do you need to know? I will be happy to answer.

Commissions: first year and renewals.. Vesting terms including at what point you loose your vesting due to the amount payable dropping below a certain point. Captive or Brokerage?
 
He is correct about the 10% premium over Oxford Life....if they are an old smoker or for the most part just a male smoker.

Wow.. those rates really are even close to being competitive for the most part.. Almost everyone one beats their NS rates. .SL&C and even UNL beat their Male smoker rates. No woander LH objected to FEXquotes quoting their rates. They didn't want people to see just how high they are. I wonder if SL rates are higher or lower that LH.

I didn't gather him to be talking about once small market niche. Yes, SL and LH are not terrible on male smokers over age 60. Whopee!! Every other segment of he market they suck hind teat.

As I have challenged you previously post the three companies new fe premium written for 2011 that you state writes more new ap than LH and I will prove you wrong. Back up that bark you got!! Let the public FACTS tell the truth. I will be awaiting the numbers.

As I have stated before as an IMO I have the ability to develop what I think will be best for my organization. For a guy like you I would offer you a 100 percent first year commission, years 2 thru 5 would be a 15 percent renewal, years 6 thru 10 a 10 percent renewal, years 11 plus would be a 5 percent renewal. as for vesting I would vest someone like you immediately with a 25 dollar a month or more vesting. This is a broker contract only.

That's a 210% commission level over 10-years. That's very competitive. Right in there with the best of them.

LH or SL? Guy like me? If you are expecting a certain amount of production for that rate, I am not much of a producer these days... But I wouldn't require any hand holding. :biggrin: Renewal rates are strong.. But where is the niche or advantage to the client to justify the rates? SL seems to have one specialty niche and that is GI at all ages.

I answered the questions you have asked and since you really wasn't interested it really doesn't matter what our total package is. But I will share some more with you but this is it. We provide health insurance to agents, we have the lowest cost fe plan in USA all the way to guarantee issue, 295 per thousand for direct mail, all policies issued immediately, no phone interview required and much more.

Ps. Why does any of this matter to you when you basically state you are not writing much new fe business.
