Need A GI For 84 Year Old Female NT

Keep in mind that Florida does not force the pre-need provider to pay interest. They only refund or apply the principle. SNL will do an MIB if she isn't qualified for the graded, or cannot afford the graded.

They may not REQUIRE interest but if they buy a funeral Preneed insurance policy at the funeral home they will get an increasing death benefit policy which for this purpose is probably better than interest.

Just make sure the check is written to the insurance company and not the funeral home and she is gold.

No. JD says it's the right thing to do. I was answering your question as to what he meant in a post.

I believe agents need to make a fair living. Gerber will pay you (eventually) and has very good GI rates. The chargebacks are hell on GI products but if you are smart, just put and GI commissions in your reserve account and don't spend them.

I agree with Newby on agents needing to make a fair living. I write some GI. Personally I go as earned and am selective on who I write and who I refer to MoO or a Pre-need agent I know. As important to me is locking in the family as their agent. You wind up getting a lot of referrals to people that think they can not get insurance.

Thanks. I have looked at RN lately, but did not see that.

Foresters graded also goes thru age 85.

I agree that we need to make a fair living and i believe that I do. I'm pretrty sure I mkae more than the average FE agent bit if I don't it's still satisfactory to me.

I make that fair living without selling anything GI. I am sure, however, that I have made more from referrals from those I sent to MoO than I ever would have made by selling them GI myself.

You are correct as is Newby. I. Personally get more referrals and write more family members of the people I write over the ones I send off to MoO. I also do not need to worry about MoO prospecting my homes.
