Need A GI For 84 Year Old Female NT

? Please help me understand.
It's consumer direct sale only. Not available for an agent to sell. Like some others, I give those away because in some situations MoO GI product is so much lower than any company an agent can write it's the right thing to do.

I hear you. This lady ran a little greasy spoon in a small town where everybody knows everybody, she's a real sweetheart. After I told her she was declined, she showed me a mail piece she thought aout sending in from Globe Life.
What's the safest route for referring her ?

Get her connected to MoO. She may become a great referral source given your description.

Script check. She's on something for memory loss.

If she's on something for any form of dementia, be very careful. Even if you use a G.I. product, it may not be a valid contract if she does not have the mental capacity to enter into the agreement.
Check for a POA. if she doesn't have one, make sure a family member is present should you write her on anything.

I would do MoO GI for part of it, since It wouldn't be good for two years anyway. (ROP/Interest)

Globe: I have had issues with them paying claims. They WILL NOT Return Premium for two years, unless they changed their policy in the last year or two.

SNL- Ask health questions, even if she is declined, they have MIB plan, if available in FL, . SHe pays a monthly amount, ie. $100, for a number of months, the money is there and the face amount grows each month.

The reason I suggested both plans, is that if she dies within 2 years, someone will have to bury her anyway. BUT if she lives, then the MIB will have a limit (5-pay, for example) to the monthly outlay. The MOO premium will go on even if she lives to see 99.

Further, the money in the MIB is excluded from the estate for Medicaid purposes. Any cash she has to put down in addition to the monthly premium can be exempted as well. Great flexible product!

She told the doctor she was having trouble remembering names,no dementia issue. She's getting referred to Moo. Newby says the right thing to do.

That works. The other suggestion would net more money at the end of two years, but costs more money. So, just have to weigh all factors.

I was glad when I found a product for the over 80 market that had GI characteristics...
