Need a Suggestion

Have a client, mid 50's, cancer free for ten years, a minor seizure 9 months ago. Doctor could not find anything. Looking for 15 year term... any suggestions?

How much coverage is he looking for?

Cancer history generally puts you at standard to start - add in the seizure history, you're looking at a table-rating (probably table 4-6 range depending on the details of the conditions).

You need more info though. Was it a grand mal or petit mal seizure? Any complications resulting from the seizure? Were there any follow-up tests done? Results? Was he put on any new medications for the seizures? If so, are they temporary meds or permanent (e.g. is the doctor thinking epilepsy)? Etc...

You'll need input on the cancer history too (e.g. type of cancer, stage, course of treatment, any recurrences, etc.)

Having said all of that - you'll need to shop the case. With multiple conditions in his history, you're likely to receive different risk class offers from each carrier. Do you have an upline who can do that for you?
