Client's son bought her a FE policy with Forester. Got everything approved with immediate coverage, however today Forester just informed me that she already bought her a FE policy through Forester, and Forester does not allow two FE with them since their max is $35K DB for each person.

The son just confirmed it's his sister that bought her the policy. Yet, the son wants to get her coverage as well.

She's 73 in good shape, was thinking of going fully underwritten. But let's try out a FE carrier. Forester's FE $35K is at $208.75/month. This is how much they can afford.

You need RNA. Pricewise they will be comparable to Foresters and they also have a good underwritten WL if you choose to go that way with her.

You can call me for that contract if you like.

What is the best time to call you in the evenning?

Take a look at Genworth's Genguard. It's a GUL. If she's healthy, it will be much cheaper than FE. If you want WL, consider Assurity.

Mark, do you carry LaFayette now?

No, I'm just helping the guy out.

Maybe I should add them, they are alway good on prices.

When I run quotes to help people, I just run all the companies that the engine offers.

I've got them but haven't really used them at all yet. Application looks VERY complicated for FE and there is no POI approval which I hate.

Excellent rated company. The direct contract with them was more attractive than the broker version. The broker pays more up front but kills you on renewals. The direct pays less up front but has great renewals PLUS huge bonus levels if you do a lot of production with them and have good retention.

Interesting company.

Does the direct contract hold you captive to them?
