You responded to a post on 4-22-12 by "magagent" saying you would transfer your Foresters contract to him if he could offer 135%.

I cant post a link because I am new but the thread was titled:

Are you offering 135% contracts or looking for one?

Forresters would pretty much have to offer 165% or better to be relevant these days anyway.

That wouldn't make them a better fit for clients but it would make agents write them anyway.

Well I have been talking to a lot of folks and man the commissions and renewals vary. Is there a list somewhere of FMO's and what contracts they offer so I can know who to call? I don't mean what commissions they offer but what carriers they have.

No list that I'm aware of but suggest that you contact Todd King who is an FMO and offers good contracts on many companies, without a hassle or having to negotiate at all. You can find Todd contact info under his signature if you find one of his posts. If Todd does not have a company that you have interest in, he can most likely tell you who offers good comp on that company too. Like most good FMO's they realize that you as an agent deal with a number of FMO's but just ask for a shot at your biz if they offer that company.

* Of course this is a paid announcement since Todd sends me a Turkey and Ham at Thanksgiving and Xmas. [Hint to Todd... you paying attention] Kidding of course about being paid by Todd... he's tighter than bark on a tree. LOL

If you want commission more than above street level, you're going to have to show a massive ammount of production history.
