Need Guidance..help Here Please!

Negative! On that boring webinar the other day, this did come up and thanks for bringing it up here for me to remember. They know some people have fewer than 10 and like everything else they have done so far, didn't make this clear. It should read 'Up to 10 Digits'. They specifically said to just enter your NPN regardless of how many digits; do not add zeros to either end.

Tried to do my (6) digits and the MLN ID. No joy... :nah:

Oh well....maybe they will send me a grant to study the problem

I have not tried to register, I thought on the front page of the portal where they have sign up for provider there was suppose to be an icon that specifically says, "Agents register here". I have clicked on the register here on top right hand side, looked at agreements and accepted but I am leery of filling on the registration page. So has anyone actually registered and certified or is it not ready for agents?

It ain't ready yet. They will notify NAHU when it is, so keep an eye in that direction for notification.

I registered at the portal about 5 days ago and this is what the email I got said:

CMS Enterprise Identity Management System
(EIDM) Account Registration

Did anybody else get this email?:err:

No the email said I was registered. I just went back to the portal just now and logged in no problem.

From the CMS Portal FAQ page...

"Who is eligible to have a CMS User Account?
All US citizens and houcoogsters who are over 18 years of age and have a valid US residential address are eligible to have a CMS User Account."

The CMS Broker Webinar said that we will register via a special link. Our Identity/Credentials will be verified and a Federal Exchange Broker I.D. number will be assigned. Will this registration and ID assignment occur in the same session? One would think so, but ya never know.
