Need Help on a Few Issues

It looks like I am moving on from my current company because they do not want part time agents (the nicest way I could say it). Is there a company that I can go to and work as earned or maybe a 3 month advance that will not want a set number of sales but still keep me on board. I do not need any lead help just an appointment. I was considering foresters because I never signed up with them with this company. I would think my best bet is to go on my own dime now.

Also how long does it usually take for a company to release you and if I can no longer get into the web sites to check on my clients how can I continue to service the accounts. Looks like I have been locked out of them although I have got no call from management. Would they still expect me to pay charge backs if they come up when I cannot even service them?

They made me sign a paper saying something about assigning however they told me not to fill out my info just sign it and it was only going to be in force if I got charge backs. I had several questions on that paper and it almost kept me from working there after reading these forums. I am trying to handle all of this without any bad words or drama but its been tough to do with the way things are being handled on their end. I paid all my lead charges and owe them nothing just simply had a better job offer and its not a insurance job.

Pretty confused. I only have around 10 clients. Happy Easter to all and Thanks!

You definately need help with your business and some explanations as to how things work. I hope you are open to training.

If you don't need lead you probably don't want to go through an IMO/FMO like EFES or Securus. You can broker through EFES and not be on the lead program, but you have been given good advice to seek out Todd King. Plus he does have a lead deal if you decide you want it.

Thanks Reardon, Josh and JD; I appreciate that the kudos!

GoForBroker, something doesn't sound quite right about you assigning commissions, "but only if you get chargebacks". Either you assign commissions or you don't. Personally, I would never assign my commissions.

Either way, give me a call and we can figure all this out for you.
