Need Help Placing Multiple Rental Homes in Michigan

I have a client who has 22 rental homes. They are currently mixed between Pioneer State Mutual and Foremost. He would like them them under one agent and one policy, any ideas?

american modern try them, althought i thought foremost was very competitive in that market.

Thanks, I tried and they got rid of the unlimited rental policy in Michigan. Doing them individually is un-competitive...
