What a wonderful career. Not only do we have to worry about finding new prospects in the first place, we also have to worry about losing a policy within a year of writing it and having to pay back money, but we also get chased by money collectors!

That's the gig...Your commission is a percentage of premium so if you take an advance and the policy lapses before your advance has been paid back the carrier wants its money solution is no advances.
