Anyone know of an agency that would insure a 75 year old woman with diabetes? My wife is interested in finding something for her mother. Is this possible?

Possible? Yes. But you need a LTCi company, not an agency.
Being 75 is not a problem. Having diabetes is not a problem in itself.
Having uncontrolled diabetes or complications of diabetes or too much insulin.......or weighing too much, or having any one of a raft of other problems that normally surface by the time you are age 75 is where the problem will lie. Then she will need to pass the cognitive test and be able to afford the premium......else its easy to get coverage
