Pennsylvania does not have a risk pool. The carrier should have offered a continuation plan when the business closed----although such plans are never as good as the group coverage and are very expensive.

If you want the BEST cheesteak without equal it's Chink's on Torresdale Ave in Philly....Unbelievable. My parents went there in the 50's.

Never heard of that place, Lou. I'll have to givr it a try. Some people swear by Jimmy's Steaks on South Street. Haven't eaten there in years.
