Need to Be Present for RNA PHI?

Managed to squeeze off a policy today, and wondering if I need to schedule a time tomorrow to go back and do the PHI or if RNA will just call the client without the agent present?
Anybody know one way or the other?

If you do not do the POS interview then they will call them.

If you call RNA and tell them they will call your client on the spot and do the POS then they will call you when they are done and give you the approval with a policy number

Is RNA the only company that doesn't allow 3 way?

American Continental does 3 way. My first case with them was done on 3 way. I was at home, client was at home, and the home office called me first and then called the client.

I do speakerphone with RNA when I am in the home to do the PHI. (if there isn't any background noise).

Any companies have strict rules about speakerphone or being in separate rooms?
