Neuropathy, Type II Diabetes, FE Options?

Equitable Standard

----------

Royal neighbors max 25k level day one with neuropathy and it is a circulatory issue not neurological(that deals with the brain)

For the record, this is from the UHL website as it relates to their application question:

Neurological Disorder: Includes Multiple Sclerosis (MS), neuropathy including diabetic neuropathy, Parkinson's, Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA).

It actually is graded. 2 years rop and then a percentage in the 3rd years. Crappy plan but it is graded.

I know, but it's their GI. If you look at the app, it says that if you don't want to answer any health questions you elect the guaranteed issue product.... ROP+5%/ROP+10%/75%/100%. It's worse than Gerber and 2 1/2 times as much...1 1/2 times as much as GWIC. I can't imagine that they have many of those on the books

Diabetes with Neuropathy is Graded, which is their GI. Another one that I won't call Graded anymore.:nah:

Recently had a diabetic with neuropathy offered standard upon completion of the phone call. He had not told me about it and I had quoted preferred but they turned it up in the RX/MIB check. Question 2 part 2 answered yes, makes if standard not GI..

----------

Exception would be a smoker.. Then, if any question in part 2 is yes, Standard rate is not available.. Have to go with the GI.

I was going by the UW guide. According to the app I'm looking at it doesn't even get to Part 2. Part 1. Question 11b....Diabetes in combination with Nueropathy.

Sounds like you got lucky with that one.:)

I don't write them so I stand corrected.

Equitable Life and Casualty's Heritage Protector? .. Sounds like you are looking at an old Legacy Life app. The Heritage Protector replaced the Legacy Life. I thought it was approved in your state.

I'm looking at the Heritage Protector...the Legacy must've been before I picked them up.
