Yes, there are a lot of recruiters on this forum. But pounding the pavement is lots easier for me. I've tried my hand at the recruiting/management thing a couple of times in my career, but got burned once or twice, then burned OUT! Lots of stress and headaches in that role, and I respect anybody that can be successful at it. It can definitely be better money, but I would never call it "easy" money.

Isn't Jensen with you Ben? You'll get the guy either way.

Wouldn't matter if he wasn't. I've referred several Florida agents to Massi and still will. Jensen is in this guys area and Jensen is legit.

Step 1) Pound Pavement
Step 2) Pound Door
Step 3) Write that app!

Repeat steps 1 - 3 all day everyday
