Wow, thanks Jdeasy. I also listened to your audio today and found lots of info. I really like this forum, because the experienced agents don't seem to mind helping out and educating lesser experienced agents!

BTW, i also thought your name was "J Deasy" like a hip hop name or something!!!

It comes from initials and my horse's name. I showed horses all over the country from the time I was a kid until 4 years ago. The best horse I ever owned, {and still have him}, is an american quarter horse named Crome Track but his barn name is Easy. I didn't get on the net until about 2000 and then it was mostly to go to horse sites to find out about upcoming events. I registered as JD&EZ. As I got to more sites starting with UK basketball sites they wouldn't let you use the & in your screen name. That's how it became jdeasy.

They do let you change your name here now but it's that way at so many sites I visit that I have just left it alone.

I suppose I could have gone with LL Cool JD for my hip hop name?

He needs to read my story I posted last yr on the guy who showed me his CLEARLY VISIBLE camera shots of his colon to see if he had cancer....Id take old wrinkly nipples over that, any day! And I did have a lady in the middle of the summer (It was extremely hot that day, & she had no A/C) that all she had was a towel on, VERY LOW on her chest....that wouldve been ok, had she not kept going to the freezer to unwrap the towel to get cool for a few seconds then turning around about 1/2 way before she re-wrapped herself!!

I've seen a hooker (clothed, thank G*d), roaches, drug deals go down, been bitten by 3 dogs, had multiple people fall asleep on me during a presentation, people tell me they don't want permanent coverage because they KNOW the end of the world will happen before their coverage cancels, seen crazy cat ladies, dog droppings strewn all over, roaches crawling over everything, hoarders that could make Prime Time...
