ive been with mutual of omaha for 3 weeks in traning . im going for my license in a week . any advice working with moo.
please tell your expiriences if your currently with or have been with moo.
any good tips for sales and leads wit moo

Best advice I can give is not to listen to anybody's experience, because it might cloud your judgement.

I started with moo. Good company but a lot depends on your regional manager. Mine wasn't that good but fortunately some of the older agents wre very helpful. I'm not sure what their career program is like now but when i was there the early bonuses were pretty good if you hit certain numbers. You could also sell while in your pre contract stage and that production counted towards your first months production. So i didn't finalize my contract until i was halfway to the first months goal. Which at that time was 20 apps = $5000. bonus. A nice way to start if you can get there. I was fortunate I had a good base of people from my previuos career to work with. Any way make sure you understand the contact and work hard to hit your early numbers. Good luck to you!

Oh one last thing, when I was career the strange part of the contact was that you weren't captive. So I was able to get lcontacted with other companies which is a good thing. For me a really good thing. After I was there for a year they fired the regional manager and closed the office and basiclly said you guys are on your own. Your free to keep writing but no office support.
