We have obtained several quotes for a client's Commercial General Liability, both from standard carriers as well as E&S carriers. Our client asked us to bind one of the E&S quotes due to pricing as well as a special manuscripted endorsement that one of the E&S carriers offered.
No carrier actually declined the risk, our client just chose an E&S policy for their own reasons.
