I get a "be cautious" feeling after looking at their site. I'm also thinking Assurant.

No, but their premiums are high.

I am with them for my under 65 health. Assurant is one of their contracts and I really liked them before Obamacare. It depends on where you are but they have many providers not just Assurant.
