If so, I'd call central office and talk to Matt Goldberg to make your case and ask for a better contract.

Mainly because I always received quick and honest answers when communicating with their main office. They always answered my questions and were willing to help.

I built my mortgage company by recruiting and training the right people. Someday I would like to apply those same skills to build another successful business. I realize I am a long ways away from doing that with FE but I would like to start off by learning from the right company and be able to stay with them and not have to switch to several different organizations.
