Niche in Home Policies Can Get $$$ ??

Hello,
. I'd like to focus only on home coverage policies & later on mortgage ins.only.
Just curious about competition from lender's favorites, title companies influences over prospects...
Is it easy ride for a new agent or am i targeting too high ?
Please do let me know before I invest money,time & energy...

Most of the influence will come from the realtor and/or the lender on new purchases. There is a lot of competition and you have to prove yourself to most of these people before they will start referring you to their clients.
