I didn't miss this...Its clear Anthem made their decision even without knowing the Gov's position on this bill so are willing to take the chance of losing out on the exchanges but not willing to take on the risk of child only GI.

I can't imagine a lot of carriers will want to play in that market. If you look at existing GI states, you can count the number of carriers on one hand and still have fingers left over.
