I assume, that like myself, when a prospect gets an "instant quote" from your website, that you don't want them viewing 250 plans. For me, 60-80 is plenty.

But despite the intricate built-in filters to configure, I can never seem to eliminate the plans that I don't want the client to see.

And...I deleted Assurant from my list of approved companies and their Elite plans still show up.

Do any of you have any tips on this or do you just show 250 plans?

I'm Chumps From Oxford and I approved this post.

i limit the plans to just co-pay plans with ded lower that 5K... i also kill off all the limited beney plans... i just quote the full co-pay plans, rx cards and no dental(i think)

this mesg has not been tru state doi compliance

I guess that's it. When I try to eliminate plans or deductibles etc..it doesn't seen to work. I guess...back to the drawing board.

Can't tell you how to do it in Norvax, but I show a full sample of plans, including the ones pitched by the boiler rooms.

They will see Saver plans from GR, high & low deductible with and without copays.

The way I have it set up now they can see about 150 plans depending on where they are located. I could illustrate close to 500 with all the Time variations.

The way I see it, might as well offer a broad spectrum, including the plans they will see at other sites. That gives me the opportunity to show them what I don't like about the cheaper plans.

Ed - This is easy to do you can filter plan plan type, deductible, and other detailed options.

Call Norvax or I can show you some time - it is very simple.

I've got my quoter down to about 33 plans and it's quick... My goal is not to sell them on my website anyway. I will call and if I get voicemail I tell them that "most online quoting engines don't show all the plans available to you. You are likely missing some plans that may offer more benefits or lower rates... I'm looking at over 500 plans you may qualify and I have no clue what you want.. I need five minutes to find out what you're looking for and I can tailor a quote to your specific situation.."

I put a short video together that shows the basics - you can view that here. It needs to be updated (currently doing that), and we're also making improvements to the filtration system in general, so be on the lookout for that.

If the video doesn't help you, just submit a support ticket, and tell our support team what plans and variables you want displayed, and they'll almost certainly just do it for you. Thanks.

I really hate to bug the support team. Each time, they are prompt and knowledgible, but I feel I have already taken up too much of their time.

I can't call Danelle because she's a Michigan fan and Steve is in mourning from the Cubs meltdown.
