Obama Starting to Squeeze MA's

Refer to comment embedded herein where Obama is going to require competitive bids for MA's. Nothing new here really. Politically Obama cannot eliminate MA's as he has previously suggested so if he cuts the reimbursement carriers will have to raise premiums and then they fall by the wayside when they are not competitive with med supps or just no longer have the no or low premium appeal. It is all too complicated for the average senior to follow so he does not end out incurring their wrath when it is done incrementally like this
