Serco, a private contracting firm paid more than $1 billion to process paper Obamacare applications, paid employees to do nothing. They also processed a tiny fraction of the applications they originally projected.

Employees have been coming forward for several months with reports of the contract company's behavior.

In a local report from Missouri's KMOV, Serco employees told reporters they spent their office hours playing Pictionary and 20 Words. :swoon:

Maybe better than them actually doing something, kinda like keep obama on the golf course where he wont do any damage to the country... <DOH!>

We've been getting these reports since January or so. Government fraud/abuse/waste at it's finest.

Get paid to do a job, have the resources to do the job (and do it well), choose to do anything but the job even if it inconveniences millions of people.
