Ohio Hiring Navigators!

So what is the qualification for being a navigator, besides being unemployed or underemployed? An insurance license perhaps? HAHAHAHAHa....

Maybe if they just speak english gooder than most.

The article stated it was for medicaid.

It sounds more like a case manager.

I would disagree with you about the navigators.

From my understanding of the medicaid field the state asked or told that TPA to figure out a way to bring in costs.

So them hiring case managers to remind people when they need medical treatment is one step to reducing ER visits.

I don't know why you keep telling people to get out they have already left. This year will have an even bigger drop off individual producers.

Just the beginning. First Medicaid. Then the system is in place.

Get out folks! Get out of Indy Health! Now!

Cutting costs is always a good thing. I don't like the term "Navigators" used here in Ohio as I have been following some of the unpublished chain of events.

And yes...folks are leaving the individual health insurance market and they should!

GET OUT FOLKS! Get into disability, Med-Supp, LTC or life! If you need advice from a 31-year old veteran of the business..you have it!

Disclaimer: Yes, my individual health income increased this year and will increase in 2012. But I am not making the right decision by staying in. Don't make that same mistake!
