Are there any indemnity plans in Ohio that pay towards maternity? For those on group plans that have high deductibles

Are there any indemnity plans in Ohio that pay towards maternity? For those on group plans that have high deductibles

IHC has a hospital/surgical plan, but has a 12 month waiting period for maternity. By the time that passes, the client would have already paid premiums greater than the benefit for maternity.

I imagine it would be the same situation with any company.
