Ok I have been told many times sell your own dental don't add dental on to plan from exchange because they are junk don't waste your time

So I never actually looked at them till today, I was on with someone who just wanted a cheep basic dental, I though maybe its easier on exchange to be done with it and because they are cheaper then what I can offer

the very first plan I found his dentist dominion, was under $10
I open the PDF I feel like something is wrong, I mean is seems like it indicate there is no limit to the coverage?????

$100 deductible and everything is covered???

$0 cost Share??

No Waiting Periods???

all for $7.89

This cant be real what am I missing??

Don't know much about Dominion but yes, I would contract with the big ones and if they happen to be on exchange and it's easier to enroll, great. Allstate and Delta are the 2 that come to mind.

Most carriers have done away with waiting periods. Allstate has one plan that has no max benefit so this is not all unheard of. I would do a little more digging on their website because Sherpa isn't going to have a lot of info on there.

You know what, I was looking at brochure. but when I am looking at the healhesharper it shows different

I really dont get it, I mean never even heard of anyone giving unlimited $0 out of pocket for majors after a $100 deductible for under $10

But this below is there highest plan Choice PPO Plus - PPO
which is the one shown in brochure but on healthsharper it self shows a whole different story

I am so confused, How do I know what is fact without being time consuming

If you try to look at all of the dental companies it will be too time consuming. Pick 1-3, know the plans and only show those. Ameritas has 3 plans all over the country, piece of cake. Allstate and UHO are good but they have a lot of plans and different ones in different areas. I would pick one of those 2 and call it a day. don't worry about the others

You know what I am taking a deeper look I am getting it now, It feels like they are making it harder to read but I am seeing it better now

they are not covering everything

only thing I do not see is the maximum coverage

Unless what that are saying is the out of pocket max is the max coverage but that would be a weird way of saying it

Also it seems its just the one company I am looking at others and seeing it more clear with clear coverage Max and simple outlines
