I don't think I count. Sometimes I do "work" during non-work hours, but then I also goof off during work hours. So not sure I would average out to a consistent 40.

Actually, I'm not even sure about that one I mentioned. He likes to skip out early for baseball games. But his bills are paid and he doesn't work for me, so its not my concern. But he is the one I can think of that is closest to 40.
