Only Stragglers Left?

I'm getting the same feeling as this article states. A drop off in the numbers. Not as many people calling, and most calls seem to problem related, or procrastinators who can't afford what they are eligible for. I might actually have to be proactive in marketing over the next few weeks and send an email to clients asking for referrals before deadline.

Anybody else (besides Tater) seeing a slow down over the past month?

no, no, no..... I have noticed a slow down as well..... lets all just relax and take what comes.... remember, in the Peeler Plan I projected 1 sell a day after the Dec 23 deadline and we have all creamed that number. All goals have been met, this is gravy

I could not have miscalculated the post Phase 1 market any more than I did... I blew that one

I would have to agree on the slow down. However with that said, I have one agent I work with that found a niche in a minority market. He is writing as fast as he can right now. He will likely write another 70-100 this month. I have to give him credit for what he did.

Nope YA you are right, it has slowed down to a slow crawl. Seems to be no sense of urgency here, plus almost everyone I have spoke with in the past few weeks are under 100% of FPL had 3 today. FB said in the beginning March would be the busiest month, although it's only the 10th I believe they miscalculated.

Yep really slow and ALOT of people deciding to just pay the penalty.
Truthfully I am so frustrated with this whole experience I am thinking of not doing anymore ACA apps. I figured out that for every person I enrolled, there was someone I met with who declined to enroll after finding out what their premium would be. Most felt they just could not afford the additional monthly expense. Sooo much time wasted and with all the other problems and glitches, I think I can make more money re-focusing on other areas....

I'd sure like to know how he created that niche...anyone know and would like to share?
