MoO's lookback is 4 years on cancer. I've had clients who were more than 4 years out from cancer and taking drugs like Femara etc get approved level.

By most standards, a maintenance drug for cancer is still considered being treated for the condition.

Correct. Most carriers still consider them treatment. Moo does not so long as it's been more than 4 years.

Another reason to miss Settlers. They did not consider those to be treatment at all and they did not affect the underwriting.
