It is pretty scary agents are selling health and don't even know the basics....

I've been saying that for years...almost 30 of 'em.

Line up 100 health insurance agents who have been selling for at least a year. Ask them, for the product they sell the most, what the benefits are for:

1) Durable medical equipment
2) Physical therapy; in and out-patient

And 90 of them would flunk.

I would never flunk this question. I know I don't know, and can't remember from one plan to the next. I'll look it up and get back to you on that though.... It takes 30 seconds to check, with all of the various plans, not checking will get you in trouble on anything you don't answer regularly, it's impossible to keep them all straight.
