I am looking to buy a book to kick off my agency. I have over 15 years experience running operations and new business production at large brokers like Marsh, Aon and Willis. I am now looking to start my own agency/brokerage and willing to invest in buying a current book, hire a team, get an office space and grow the practice.
I am looking for people interested in joining as employees, partners, avp,.vp and director roles. I plan to start the agency with or without buying a book.
