I thought that Pakistan would be a poor choice for live transfers.. So far, I am making money.
I was worried about the dnc list... they use a scrubbed list.
I was worried there wouldnt be enough calls.. so far.,.. so good.
I was worried the accent would be poor... so far,, very impressed
They ask some k/o questions. I got credit for a caller that has dementia and another caller that was in a facility.
They dont call on Sunday,. only mon-sat.. I like to work on Sunday.
They offer a 120 sec buffer time. hope agents dont take advantage or that might end
They say they have plenty of transfers to make ... I worry that I wont get enough if tons of agents come on board.

Don't be afraid of the Pakistan callers.. very well priced and so far so good..

How much are they and who are you using ? Oh course you came on here and asked 1000 questions and everyone has helped you out but I bet you won't reciprocate and share it .

I came on just to let agents know pakistan isnt as bad like I was told:
re the 120 sec buffer:

Their leads are generated through cold calling. b) Their data is scrubbed against the necessary Federal/State Do Not Call Registries. c) They ask for the consent of the customer before transferring the call to us. d) They have a simple 120 second buffer time policy in which the moment we receive a transfer the 2 minutes start and if the customer drops the call before 2 minutes then we will not be charged for that transfer

I know this group isnt looking for thousands of agents... PM me if you are interested... their rates seem to fluctuate based on volume... low-mid 20's... caller hanging up before 2 minutes and no lead charge.... priceless....

Pakistan call centers have pretty decent accents comparatively speaking. Better than Philippines which is the popular choice for most offshore call centers. It's a booming market over there because there's no taxes imposed on call center operators through 2024.

However, don't trust for a second that they follow TCPA guidelines no matter what they tell you. Offshore call centers are untouchable legally speaking...so professional litigators go after the agent and the life insurance company - putting your contracts at risk.

When (not if) a TCPA complaint comes in, they won't be able to produce the opt-in and disappear on you. I've seen it happen to a lot of agents who had to pay substantial fines and I hear it all the time from final expense insurance companies complaining about it.

Even with our compliant data, we get TCPA complaints every month from professional litigators. That's how rampant this is. It will happen if you work any sort of telemarketed lead - it's annoying. We squash them immediately because we can provide the opt-in.

Be careful.

Also with STIR/SHAKEN (look it up), come July 2021 it will get a lot harder for foreign call centers.

What's an opt in for a telemarketing call ? How does it work ? You mean providing proof their not on the do not call list ?So how are people like lead Hero's and lead jerk doing it ? They use call centers from the Phillipines . With all the screen software cell CO's are using plus so few answer answering unknown calls in a few yrs only 2 things will work . Incoming calls a good old fashioned door knocking .

I've bought 1000's of tm leads over the yrs and I've never heard one tm lead on a recording get authorization from the caller to continue the call . I've always thought if the call center uses the scrubbed data that's sufficient to call . Maybe Jeff will weigh in how a tm caller gets opt in authorization?

I hear Mongolian call centers are all the rage now - doing transfers for $1.50 each.
They claim they are compliant...maybe jump on these too..........

Of course - you always get what you pay for...

Anxiously awaiting Jeff's comments on the opt in - he is a pro. We have seen several TCPA complaints originating from calls outside the US. Jeff is 100% correct - good luck passing on the fines which should be covered by the call center's "contractual guarantee". Does anyone on the Forum have a good lawyer in Pakistan? The TCPA "professional" litigants go after everyone, including the carrier. The carrier will pay the demand and pass the costs back to the IMO, who will then charge the agent. Be careful!

What's an opt in for a telemarketing call ? How does it work ? You mean providing proof their not on the do not call list ?

An opt-in is a web form the prospect filled out. It will have the website, date, timestamp and IP address - within 90 days of completing the form. Preferrably it's Journaya or Trusted Form verified so there's a snapshot of them actually completing the form. There's also voice consent opt-ins with those calls recorded.

They're cold calling DNC scrubbed targeted data - at least Lead Heroes is. There's no opt-in...they just never put themselves on the DNC.
