i think i know the answer but this is the first time i have been asked this by a client. Client 20 year old son who is on disability and has Medicare part A was covered on fathers large group employer plan until 12/31/24 . Employer refused to complete form l564 for son which makes sense since it only has provisions for employee and spouse.. .Is there anyway the son won't pay part b premium penalty since his part A started in 2022?
