PCIP will finally end 4/30/14. Those who have yet to enroll in a QHP will have a 60 day SEP period ending June 30th, but will have a retroactive effective date of May 1st

The common-sense challenged lawmakers who designed the ACA should have just renamed the Preexisting Condition Insurance Plan "ObamaCare", made it available to all, and added subsidies for those who needed help paying. The President would then have something to be proud, of instead of this slow-motion ACA train wreck that his name will forever be associated with.
