I've been interviewing with a few captive companies(Met Life, Western-Southern, American General) but they all want me to do a Project 100(friends and family). I suppose so they can sell to them incase I don't make it or decide to quit. I'm not real comfortable letting a manager sell to my friends and family while I observe. I'm sure that when I am trained and know my products my family and friends would be glad to let me do a presentation and see if they could use my services. Is there a company out there that does not require the Project 100 but will train inexperienced agents?
