Php comp formula?

I see m to remember someone posting their comp formula. I can not seem to find it.

Have a family member who signed up with them. Contrary to my sage advice. They did listen to my advice to not give them their warm market.

So I scanned over the long contract. They are emailing it to me. Of course their is no commission shedule. They recruited a couple of people so they went from 30% to 60% with zero apps written.

Anyway, the comp formula they showed me made no sense. Also said they are annualized the entire year.

Anyone know the php comp details?
