30 year F T 7/5/82

12/2000 car accident coma for 3 months
6 months jail time after physical therapy. Got out in 1/05
Short term memory loss
Sometimes needs help getting dressed
Kicked out of drug rehab 22 months ago

All sorts of meds...

Is there a GI for someone over 30?

Is there a GI for someone over 30?

If you can't find anything else LH could do a three year modified. As long as she is not in a care facility.

1st year premium + 10%
2nd 20%
3rd 30%

Doesn't Vantis go down that far? If not, refer the client to Mutual.

Kicked out of drug rehab 22 months ago means she never completed treatment which means she is currently being treated, just not going.
