Plan Finder Part D Formularies Not Accurate

Hi, the vendor volunteered to reconcile the issue with the customer (honor the 'plan finder' quote). This means all of their 2014 med refills for the quoted med will be at the late October 2013 plan finder quoted price.

The CMS material is clear (to me) that the insurance company is responsible for keeping this information accurate.
