Please Help On My Decision !

Please help me decided on what to use....I have been trying to figure out if it makes sense to scan all my client files into dropbox or just keep using my file cabinet?

I currently story all names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mails, notes in apple address book so my files are basically for copies of policies, changes, letters, etc.

I think we've talked about this a few times. Is there anything in particular we haven't covered that you're wondering about?

If you're looking for something free/cheap you might want to consider vTiger and run a nightly backup.

I am just trying to figure out what other agents are doing. Is it worth the effort to scan in paper files or should I keep putting them in my cabinet.

I don't go back and scan old files. Some data is better left to the carriers.

Other things that are important I scan and attach to a CRM record or put in a subdirectory - something like /clients/clientname/Renewal2010 etc.
