Sounds like your client is going through a rough patch with their Medicare plans. From what I know, once you're out of an Advantage plan, getting back in can be tricky, especially if it's been more than a couple of years. What if an agent submitted med sup dec 4 and it wasn’t approved till the 10 th ? He waited till approval before submitting part d . He missed the deadline and can’t submit a pdp.

And besides that he could have moved the effective to feb 1st and waited to do PDP app till OEP IF approved for the med supp
