SNL did the skit in 2015. It made sense to redo the theme this time. Trump created nothing. Neither did Harris. This skit is property of SNL.

God forbid you redo a funny bit. Who gives a shit? It's not like movies or songs get redone or anything.
I can't wait until later this year when this is all over. People all need to chill out a little.
The point is she has copied Trump on the border, on tax cuts on tips, etc. Even though she has never taken those positions in the past.

I knew Fallon performed the skit but with SNL we don't know who wrote the skit. Regardless of who wrote it or performed it, I'm pretty sure ownership of the rights to the premise belongs to SNL and not any individual performer, writer, or guest.
