Yea buddy! I didn't get my DM order in on time so TM leads will have to do! Gonna pick me up some stuff at that airline auction too.
Alabama? When is this?
Huntsville!
What's your best week working there?
No need to go that far -- plenty of ghettos locally to work.
You should work towards Jackson County, Marshall County, and DeKalb County -- more rural/small town, versus the lapse-o-matic inner city business.
We are working the outer counties. I work up that way a lot. Good areas around there.
To be honest it really matters little what anyone else but yourself does. I'm just curious how you can write 10-14 policies per week with 29 leads and hitting senior centers were people have very little money. I can see how agent 5 does it as he buys 60-100 leads a week and has 30-40 appts weekly. Break down your #'s for last week. How many appts, sits and total sales? Fixed cost leads notoriously have no income parameters and thus a lot of dead beats respond thus reducing qualified people even more.
I don't know SpurCity personally but I know about him and we have mutual friends in the business.
I wouldn't doubt for a second the numbers he claims. And he works at the business.
That's what so many miss. People want to do the numbers of SpurCity or Agentguy5 or Tim W but very few are willing to put in the work that those guys do.
I know first hand how hard Tim W works and how many leads he works. It's no accident that he averages $40,000/mo when he is working in the field.
Travis T is the best FE agent I've ever met or known about. He choses to not work the hours and leads that Tim W works. Tim will tell you that he would not want to be in a competition with Travis. I know he would tell you that because he's told me that many times.
Travis has a goal of writing $200,000 ap per year while being in the field 100 days per year.
These guys are having a bit of a friendly competition and it seems to be paying off for them and they are having fun. Good on them!
None of them have any reason to get on here with made up numbers.
