Nice week Doco! Enjoy a nice long weekend. Work hard, play hard. Speaking of that, I'm leaving for a week long vacation Saturday morning! So excited, need a break!

How Many door knocks, and how many DK's did you sell?

Might be helpful to those of us who primarily work set appointments and have to force ourselves to DK instead of going to Lowes between appointments... :1wink:

For the last 4 weeks, I've avg'd one sale every 21doors I knock. I average $27 for every door I knock. Knowing that keeps be going. I'm working on reducing the # of doors needed before sale by structuring my week to allow a regular schedule for AM and PM door knocking.

My actual sales for the week came to $7428. Most from appts.
$1080 was from DK's. I knocked 24 doors this week. HOWEVER, I did circle around twice on Thursday and only counted once. No sales.
$1920 was from referrals, which I have been very bad at getting. No more.

Very good week for closing ratio. Actually, last 4wks has been 88%!!! Backing out NS's and waste of time (could not build a need and I didn't start a presentation).

This week:
20 appts set
12 presentations
10 sales
24 DK's: 2 resulted in sales (1 on the spot, 1 appt set)
2 referrals (yuck): both resulted in sales
 
part time we wrote one policy 37k Cyber Liability Policy working on that one for a month - put in two more apps to underwriting / 27k wc case for a furniture mfg and 17k GL, Auto and WC ac repair bizz.

plus 3 appointments set for next week. altogether roughly 25 hours

Commiss is split so its not all that glorious.

Fantastic, thank YOU for breaking down the numbers. We all know it takes massive effort to make this kind of $. You made the effort I did not.. at least not on the DK's. ( 8 no sales).

My week $ 4976 a p if it is all approved, one case 200+ graded fingers crossed, not spending that $ yet. :twitchy:
