Problems with Utica Insurance?

Is anyone else having massive problems with Utica? Their billing system is BEYOND screwed up. Our client's are either not getting their bill or their bill is getting sent to random addresses across the country. I'm almost to the point of stopping placing business with them and rolling renewals with other markets!!

NO. At least not right now. Like we mentioned, the billing is screwed up, can't get anyone with support, wrong protection classes. I haven't placed anyone with them because of these issues. That being said, I'm optimistic that they'll get everything straight. It just leaves a bad taste in your mouth after the past couple of months.
