Curious what agents are seeing for agency / producer commission splits with revenue books $1M and up?

What is your percentage and what are you responsible for pre, during and post sale?

Producers with revenue over $1mm?

I pretty sure that's more than most agencies.

I know several producers who have that big of a book, but they've also been around for decades. It's definitely not unheard of

Well duh, with California rates & regulations, only takes a couple accounts to make bank. I bet the guy that insures the Catalina Wine Mixer easily does that
