Ok, I think I've pretty much established that I'm not going to form an LLC right now. My GL policy should cover what I would need in liability and the primary agent does cover me on his E & O policy. My question is this. The name of my Agency is Crow Insurance Agency, Inc. I'm a sole proprietor ... should I use a DBA? Like Alvarez Insurance? I really need help understanding the best way to do this.
