These are hand coded to maintain full customization capabilities. However, depending how often you need to add content you can choose our website maintenance or use or web hosting to make spot updates.
Those template websites are horrible for SEO. View the source code & look at all the excess scripting & junk. Also uses table designs etc. Not worth the $299 unless you want a glorified business card.
Actually, none of our websites are templates and our newer websites are much smaller and most are approx. 4KB and use less coding. Which equals quicker loading time. Especially when anything under 23KB is considered fast.
Also, it's a myth that tables are bad for SEO if you do a search on anything you'll see table based layouts ranking just as well as css.
Google has also stated that this is incorrect. But with that being said we can create websites either way depending on which has a smaller file size. Which is the most important factor in either type of layout.
