Proton Inhibitors not covered

I have now seen 3 carriers state they are not going to cover Proton inhibitors ie (nexum, protonix and so on)

Is this happening country wide?

Its acid reflux drugs ie nexum, protonix and so on.

What I am seeing is that the carriers are starting not to cover these drugs. They are telling me with all the OTC aviable for treatment that they are not covering a $160 maintence drug.

It must only be in my state for now.
